Sedmi put za redom i uprkos svim aktuelnim okolnostima, i ove godine smo sa uspehom pružili snažnu organizacionu i logističku podršku Regionalnom forumu o vladavini prava za Jugoistočnu Evropu pod pokroviteljstvom organizacija Civil Rights Defenders i AIRE Centre.

Ovom forumu, održanom u Baden Badenu, prisustvovali su najeminentniji predstavnici iz oblasti ljudskih prava na čelu sa komesarom za ljudska prava Saveta Evrope Dunjom Mijatović i predsednikom Evropskog suda za ljudska prava u Strazburu gospodinom Robertom Spanom, kao drugih i dvanaest sudija Evropskog suda za ljudska prava iz Strazbura. Tema ovogodišnjeg foruma - COVID 19 i njegov uticaj na ljudska prava - bila je i više nego aktuelna i privukla je veliku pažnju javnosti. 

Trenutna svetska zdravstvena situacija diktirala je format i organziciju ovogodišnjeg Foruma -  visoki predstavnici iz oblasti pravosuđa Beograda, Zagreba, Sarajeva, Prištine, Skoplja, Tirane i Podgorice, kao i ambasadori britanskih, holandskih i švedskih ambasada, te pojedini ministri centralnom događaju u Baden Badenu prisustvovali su putem video uključenja. Iz tog razloga, organizacija celog događaja zahtevala je savršenu sinhronizaciju i obimnu tehničku podršku kako bi u 8 različitih gradova skupu prisustvovalo više od 500 učesnika, uz simultano prevođenje na 4 različita jezika putem online platforme.

 Tokom višemesečnih priprema koordinisali smo timom od oko 50 ljudi zaduženih za tehničku podršku, snimanje, simultani prevod i prenos, usluge ishrane i pića, hotelske i banket usluge, usluge prevoza kao i logističku podršku za odvijanje samog događaja. Ovogodišnja organizacija podrazumevala je i prevazilaženje velikog problema prelaska granica što smo takođe uspešno prevazišli.

Ovim je naš specijalizovani tim za organizaciju svih vrsta događaja iz oblasti kongresnog turizma još jednom pokazao visok nivo logističkih i organizacionih sposobnosti što nas je svrstalo u grupu pouzdanih partnera brojnim kompanijama i nevladinim organizacijama poput Civil Rights Defenders, Inicijativa mladih za ljudska prava, Klinike Dragić, kompanija - Kodar Energomontaže, SKS365, Eurodijagnostike, Meter & Control, Catena Media-e, Diafit klinike i dr.


Congress tourism M.I.C.E. - Dream Land Travel as logistical and organizational support to the Regional Forum on the Rule of Law for Southeast Europe


For the seventh time in a row, and despite all present circumstances, this October we have successfully provided strong organizational and logistical support to the Regional Forum on the Rule of Law for Southeast Europe under the sponsorship of main organisers Civil Rights Defenders and AIRE Center.

This Rule of Law forum, held in Baden Baden, was attended by the most eminent human rights representatives, led by Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatovic and the President of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, Mr. Robert Spano, as well as twelve other judges of the European Court of Human Rights from Strasbourg. The topic of this year's forum - COVID 19 and impact on Human Rights - was more than interesting and has attracted public attention.

Current health situation in the world dictated the format and organization of this year's Forum - high representatives from the judiciary of Belgrade, Zagreb, Sarajevo, Pristina, Skopje, Tirana and Podgorica, as well as ambassadors of British, Dutch and Swedish embassies, and some ministers attended the central event in Baden Baden via live stream.This is why the organization of the whole conference required perfect synchronization and extensive technical support in order for more than 500 participants, gathered in 8 different cities, to attend this event with simultaneous translation into 4 different languages ​​(via a special online platform).

During the two-month preparations, we coordinated a team of about 50 people in charge of technical support, filming, simultaneous translation and transmission, food and beverage services, hotel and banquet services, transportation services and logistical support for the event itself. This year's organization also meant overcoming the great problem of bordercrossing, which we also successfully overcame.

With this, our team specialized in organizing all kinds of events in the field of congress tourism, once again showed a high level of logistics and organizational skills, which placed us in a group of reliable partners to many companies and NGO’s such as Civil Rights Defenders, Youth Initiative for Human Rights, Klinika Dragic, Kodar Energomontaža, SKS365, Eurodijagnostika, Meter & Control, Catena Media, Diafit Clinic, etc.
